Installation that allows treating 6.5 Tm/h of industrial effluents with a high pollutant load (high values of COD, conductivity and temperature), coming from the almond peeling and blanching process.

The process allows to obtain a stream of purified water (approx. 98%) reusable in the blanching and peeling process, which allows a considerable saving of water and also a concentrate (2%) is obtained, which can be valorized by different routes.

The technology is based on multiple effect vacuum evaporation, minimizing the operating cost of the installation.
