Evaporation
Evaporation
Based on our experience as engineering and manufacturers, we adapt the characteristics of this technology to the needs of each client.

Evaporation is a basic operation of chemical engineering, which consists in the partial separation, through the application of heat energy, of the components of a dissolution, so that pure steam is obtained from one of the components (solvent, in many cases water) and a more concentrated dissolution of the other components (solute). Evaporated water is often eligible for reuse.

There are different types of evaporators according to operating principles and available heat energy source. At Grupo Vento, from our experience as engineering and manufacturers, we adapt the characteristics of this technology to the specific need of each customer.

Applications:

In the chemical-food sector, as concentrators or as part of purification processes.

In the environmental sector, as the main technology for the minimization of discharges and zero discharge "ZLD". Some examples of the many existing ones:

Drills, water-oil emulsions
Landfill leachates
Rejection of reverse osmosis plants
Wastewater in the manufacture of olive pickles
Almond repelling effluents
Effluents of olive mills
Digestates of biogas plants...
