Assembly and start-up of an ambitious new project in Spain

At GRUPO VENTO we are working on a large construction project, corresponding to an industrial complex for the processing of botanical products to obtain concentrated natural extracts, for their application in various sectors: pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic.

The execution of the project has been carried out by establishing a close collaboration between our R+D+i department and that of the client; having managed to implement profitable and sustainable industrial processes, in accordance with the circular economy.

The engineering work developed has been very broad, integrating different operations: Extraction, purification, distillation, evaporation, etc., all of them automated and controlled in a unified SCADA environment.

The environmental measures adopted have made it possible to solve the atmospheric emissions of VOCs, by means of an air purifying column, as well as the treatment of wastewater, by incorporating a multi-effect evaporation system, allowing the reuse of purified water in the own manufacturing processes.

The design, construction and assembly of machinery stages have been completed and during the next few weeks we will proceed to start up the entire Plant.
