Evaporador Agriconsa
New multi-effect evaporator for juice concentration

At Grupo Vento we are proud of our recent collaboration with a leader in the production of juices in Spain, very involved in the continuous improvement of its processes, as well as in the diversification and quality of its products; so that it allows them to be competitive in the market.

In mid-2020, an multiple effect evaporation system was commissioned, allowing the concentration of juices of different nature, including also a pasteurization unit.

At this moment we are happy to verify that the installation is working fully satisfactorily.

The supplied evaporator has a capacity of 15 tons per hour. It was designed with various effects, low vacuum regime, and equipped with exchangers for thermal recovery. In this way, an optimization has been achieved in the energy consumption of the process, as well as a maximum respect for the organoleptic qualities of the juice. The full plant is automatically operated by an SCADA system.
